The experience and activities with Happy Hooves on the farm will vary depending on the time of day. VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ. Guests can be a part of brushing, grooming, braiding (if you wish!), and some relaxation with the herd! You will then have time if you wish to walk some of the furry friends here at the farm! Each guest MUST wear close toed shoes (tennis shoes or boots would work just fine)! For safety reasons, it is not recommended for any animals to attend this experience. Guests of the King Bee Adventure Club will meet at a predetermined starting point along our most popular recreational river. A thorough tutorial will take place to familiarize beginners with the requirements and set expectations. Everything needed to safely navigate our waterways will be provided as well as helpful hands along the way as needed. Having spent many years traveling this stretch of water we will be able to share facts regarding the local wildlife and landscape. You will enjoy a relaxing controlled paddling float along the calm lazy river. Once the trip has concluded a rideshare will be provided to return guests to their vehicles. Other things to note This experience has a modular aspect. Once you book the date we will be in close contact to discuss any special needs or requests you may have. If you have concerns regarding your skill level in relation to other guests in attendance or wish to alter the duration of the experience please consider the "Private Group" booking option to enjoy a more private personalized experience (For a few extra bucks you dont have to worry about the opinions of strangers!)

We will stop by a Native American Crafts Market run by local Native Americans, & then we will head out to view one of the 7 natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon! Experience sound on a whole new level with me (Michelle) an experienced sound practitioner / 500hr RYT yoga instructor who brings a unique blend and theme to each experience. We will start with an overview of the chakra we will be focusing on and guide you through setting an intention for your experience. There will be yoga blankets, mats and bolsters for optimal comfort for you to lay down and relax. (If you have a blanket or pillow of your own you’d like to bring, you’re welcome to as we will be outdoors) You’ll then be taken on a sound journey of crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing sounds allowing you to drop into your subconscious and heal from within. After sound journey conclusion, we will have herbal tea for you to enjoy as we share some additional moments of serenity with an option to share your personal experience/ feelings. My goal is for you to leave feeling more connected to the core of who you are and more connected to those you are able to enjoy this experience with. Join us for a Kpop dance workshop! We'll begin with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by learning the choreography and dancing to the music. Optional filming and photo shooting at the end are also included and you can watch them on the next day posted on our FB group, “Arizona Kpop Dance Workshop” and IG, “@akdc_2020”. The workshop takes place every Tuesday & Thursday at 8pm-9pm. We normally go through different songs and artists every week based on the participants’ requests. Please keep in mind that Kpop dance isn’t easy and 1 hour workshop might not be enough time to master today’s choreography for some people. After 2 classes in a week, we usually make a tutorial video for the song and post on our social media. Please feel free to watch them to master the dance if you would like to! In your two hour Sound & Energy Healing Session, we will kick off with a Cacao Blessing to expand the heart energy, followed by an Energy Oracle Card Reading to understand what 's present in your energy and emotions and how that may be affecting your relationships and day to day life. As we transition into the Energy Work portion of our time together, I will use healing modalities such as Reiki, Aromatherapy, Tuning Forks, and guided Breathwork and Meditation throughout--wrapping your experience up with 45 minutes of Sound Healing (drumming, singing bowls, ukulele, chimes, etc.) and guiding you back into your body through light Yogic Movement. Come slow down for a few moments during the busyness of life, experience the healing power of sound, and learn tools to regulate your body and nervous system to know what it feels like to move about your days feeling lighter, more energized, more loving in relationship, and more trusting of yourself. Please read below before booking!*** Although the view outside was spectacular, the passerbys now that come to play disc golf have often been very loud & negligent of the shared space, interrupting the sensitive nature of sound journeys So I only host outdoor experiences now for private parties/small groups upon specific request. Guests will arrive at designated address, where I will greet them. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. We will start by getting grounded with a light meditation, then a prayer circle of intention setting. I offer the option of administering rapay (pronounced hapeh) a blend of herbs and ground South American tobacco as a precursor and aid to the shamanic soundbath. I highly recommend partaking in it, as it PROFOUNDLY and immediately roots the spirit and body straight into the grid. We then begin facilitating a guided ceremony of psychosomatic therapy using sound bowls, chanting & shamanic drumming. For closing, I channel with/without my card deck, where I tap into the unconscious of each guest & communicate any messages that want to come through from the deep. These messages can be very cathartic.

We'll meet up and go for a short hike to our destination. This Requires comfortable shoes ( flip flops OK) and clothing. I supply water and fruit for hydration in case someone has low blood sugar. I bring all the supplies which includes, singing Bowl, drum, Rattle, cards and Runes (pastels & sketch pad usually for indoor) sage and Sweetgrass(for smudging) plus a blanket. My destinations are Thunder Mountain, Chimney, Cathedral (by the river) Medicine Wheel and the Stuppa (Peace Park) We will do energy work, Meditation, individual And group healing. Enjoying the quiet Serenity of the Peace Park and the Amazing Energy Of the red rocks. Challenge yourself in a new way, see the desert from a locals perspective and enjoy a rejuvenating yoga session off the beaten path . We will meet at the trailhead of Echo Canyon and go over safety and goals. We will not be going to the top of the mountain, but instead, about 3/4 mile up and enjoy some special off trail spots for amazing photos and views. We will have a rejuvenating yoga session and time to take it all in before our trek down. With me as your experienced hiking guide, yoga instructor and photography enthusiast you're sure to have an amazing time, learn a lot about the Sonoran desert plants and have memories to last a lifetime! Private tours are available as well!! The best time (in my professional opinion) for this hike, no matter the time of year is closer to sunrise ( starting between 5-7am). It is always worth it to wake up that early to see the sun rise over the mountains, enjoy a much quieter hiking experience, avoid crowds and in the summertime, avoid overheating. The regularly scheduled times will vary during the year depending on our weather. No matter what time of year you're here, this experience will be the most unique and best way to experience Scottsdale's most popular hike, Camelback Mountain.

We will be E biking the Red Rock Loop Rd. where beautiful Cathedral Rock sits. Visiting a federal park and see unique sights along the way. Birdwatching, hiking, and cool photography are included in ride. The guide is knowledgeable about the area and knows the local secret spots to explore and photograph. You get the very best that Sedona offers and a great way to familiarize yourself with the area. The bikes are suitable for 14 yo and up and most fitness levels. Minimum 4’11”. It is optimum to be physically fit. The tour lasts 2-1/2-3 hours We bike most of the time, but take a few breaks to talk about the area, and small hiking excursions, excellent for taking exclusive photographic shots of Cathedral Rock and the Cathedral Rock Vortex. We visit Oak Creek and basque in the beautiful trees and beaches.
